For Allure O Carré, the first edition, we were able to demonstrate our value to the industry. Our renowned sponsor, Charton Hobbs, saw great potential in our concept to open up the high-end fashion market in Montreal. Charton Hobbs is a large international company that aims to advance the wine and spirits markets, with brands like Hennessy, Veuve Clicquot, Southern Comfort, and more. This great player supported us because Allure is an event that adheres to their post-modern vision, that aims to live the future today and participate in the evolution of our environment. They believe in Allure to find a new market in Montreal. Their confidence allows us to affirm the value of Allure O Carré for Montreal investors. Our project allows Montreal to shine amongst major international players of the fashion industry.
Allure O Carré was also an unmissable event for the Montreal fashion industry. We hired 40 models, including several from the Ema Models Agency, which is a large international agency based in Montreal. Their models have participated in major fashion shows in Berlin, Milan and Paris, among others. Allure has the best resources to offer a top quality show.
The first edition of Allure was a great success; despite a rainy and cold Sunday of fall, over 350 people attended. The public believed in our concept and our event so much that they came despite everything. This customer dedication leads us to believe that Allure is an event not to be missed for the Montreal public. Thus, in addition to having the confidence of the industry and investors, Allure is able to gain the confidence of its public.
During the first edition, we put on quite a show, several performances took place with different artists. The singer Maëva, who made her debut on Star Académie, presented her new single, Mi corazon, and impressed the audience with her wonderful voice. In addition, SÔL performed several acts such as dancing, singing, fire juggling and more.
Our designers, Oscar Mendoza and Pierre Paris obviously dazzled with their unique, high-quality creations.
Oscar Mendoza is a Canadian-Mexican designer based in Montreal. His unique creations are distinguished by the universe they create together. His slow-fashion company represents the greener future of the fashion industry. With his experience in visual art, and his diploma in patronage at Lasalle College, the designer launched his brand of the same name in 2015. His unique designs allow Quebec creators to shine internationally.
During our evening, Oscar Mendoza presented us his new collection with a more classic format. His impressive creations in their complexity made it possible to show the public a defile like we would see in the major fashion capitals.
Pierre Paris is a painter and designer specializing in Art, Fashion and Decoration. His passion and artistic talent allows him to make unique creations in different mediums such as textiles, leather, furniture, canvas, on which he uses several combined techniques. In his beginnings, the artist shared his creations without commercial intentions, then developed a concept of personalization of leather jackets.
Pierre Paris Design was founded in 2017 and became an immediate success, before expanding into other areas.
The innovative concept with strong urban art influences is the key factor in the impressive rise of the brand. The designer allows, by his singularity, to make many collaborations with famous French artists like Vegedream, Fianso and Ninho.
Pierre Paris presented us with an unusual formula that combined dance, painting, music and fashion. His runway showcased his out-of-the-ordinary designs while engaging the audience in a way that few runways can. Thanks to this formula developed with the help of the production company Gustow prod inc., Pierre Paris really impressed the spectators and managed to achieve sales of more than $13,000 during the event.
Allure the first edition helped its collaborating brands known and to create an experience that marks the minds of the public. We already have the trust of our public, our investors and the industry. Thus, we can be certain that Allure is an opportunity to be seized and that our next editions will be more and more grandiose and successful.
